Engine - This truck series offers several powerful engine options such as the new GK21 / GK25 Gas/LP engines and the S4Q2 / S4S Diesel engines. These engines achieve a significant reduction in fuel consumption by the combination of new transmission and optimal control of accelerator as well as throttle opening with the newly installed wheel spin suppression adaptation function.

Air Intake System - This is one of the most important features for engine performance. It helps to provide the engine with free of debris clean air. The air intake openings are positioned at the top of the rear overhead guard levels to minimize the chances of contaminates from entering the system. This element can be easily replaced without the use of tools.

Fully Floating Powertrain - This has one-speed forward and reverse transmission that maximizes gradeability and travel speed, minimizes noise and vibration, and uses maintenance-free gears to reduce running costs.

Ergonomics

Full Suspension seat - Offered as a standard on this truck, the full suspension seat is an ergonomic design built to provide first class comfort with several adjustments for operator comfort during long shifts. This seat also comes standard with an orange seatbelt that is easily visible from a distance.

Noise Reduction Features - There are a multitude of features that are built into the truck that limit noise and vibration. This helps to keep the operator comfortable while controlling the truck to increase productivity. These features include rubber mounted key components to isolate noise and vibration to the steel frame, insulated engine hood, and closed wheel wells to reduce noise from the engine.

Three Point Secure Entry and Exit - This allows for the operator to easily get on and off the truck. The operator can be in and out with little effort with a consistent and efficient method. The three point entry system on this truck includes an elongated grab bar, a wide boarding step, and a hip restraint.

Durability

Durable Steel Frame - The frame is designed using finite element analysis which minimizes stress points on the truck. This maximizes durability while maintaining a lower center of gravity in order to keep higher residual capacity for the truck.

Overhead Guard - The overhead guard is built to help ensure the stress points are kept to a minimum. The design is built for operator awareness, comfort and visibility. The top of the overhead guard does not use horizontal stability bars but instead vertical to allow the operator to have full visibility when looking up. It is also built using a welded one-piece design instead of a bolt together system to increase reliability and durability.

Easy Maintenance - These trucks are designed to allow for regular maintenance to be completed with relative ease, minimizing costs and downtime. The ease of access to all major components make checks much easier and less time consuming. The engine cover opens wide to allow access to check fluid levels and carry out all visual inspections necessary before an operators shift.

Operator Awareness

Presence Detection System - The Presence Detection System (PDS) activates when the operator does not fasten the seat belt during operation or leaves the normal operating position without activating the parking brake. This computer-based feedback system uses both audible and visual indicators to alert the operator to potentially hazardous situations, while increasing operator awareness.

Mast Visibility - Narrow mast channels provide wide visibility from the tip of the forks to the top of the mast for the operator while seated in the normal operating position. The carriage is designed to create ample space in-between the fork bars.

Premium Color Display - This new color display provides important indicators and information to the operator. These are crucial in order to know how the truck is currently running and if there are any issues that need to be addressed. The central location of this display makes it easy for the operator to have visibility of these indicators at all times.
